"needed the back belt for back muscular pain, it solved the problem for a short time. I have had better results using an ice pack for 20 minutes then switching to a heating pad set to medium for another 20 minutes. Time will tell."

The velcros are weak and it is not possible to really put it thight and use it to work with. Good if you stay in a static position."

You can wear the Triple Action Back Belt as a support belt as often and as long as necessary. 2. The Inflatable Support Cushion can also be used for lumbar support as frequently and for as long as needed. 3. For the TENS device function, we recommend treatments lasting at least 20-30 minutes. Start slowly by using Mode C, which is the most gentle, to see how you feel before increasing the intensity and duration of use. After a few sessions, you'll determine what feels comfortable for you. You can then gradually increase the intensity and use it as often as you'd like. While some people may experience immediate relief from the Triple Action Back Belt, for others, it may take more time, as everyone's body and medical history are different. - Hi Brandon, firstly, yes, you are able to buy a second belt by itself by calling our customer care at 1-877-374-6669. Having said that, however, we do not recommend plugging two belts at the same time into the same TENS machine as the results may not be as effective. While you can use four body pads using the two ports of the device at the same time, while using any of the larger accessories like the Triple Action Back Belt, we recommend keeping the second port free for best results.
