5 Immune-Boosting Drinks You Should Try (and 1 to avoid!)

Try these 5 drinks to help boost your immune system! 

1. Orange Juice: super affordable and easily accessible, and excellent source of vitamin C

2. DIY Green Smoothie: pick your favorite leafy greens, and put it in your smoothie for a boost of vitamin A, C, and beta-carotene! Add yogurt for a little extra protein, healthy fats, and probiotics.
