DR-HO’S Refund & Return Policy
All DR-HO'S products purchased directly from DR-HO'S come with a 100-Day Guarantee. Our return policy lasts 100 days from the date of receipt. If 100 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that DR-HO'S is unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items purchased from registered retailers. Should you need a refund or exchange for items you purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact them directly.
To be eligible for a return, all items including bonus items must be returned to DR-HO’S.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage when sending item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be posted to the same credit card that was billed. All refunds are completed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned item in our warehouse.
Cancellations must be requested by calling Customer Care. Please note that we are focused on shipping your order as fast as possible, so the cancellation window is very small. Once the order reaches a certain point of the fulfillment process, we may not be able to cancel your order. But don't worry! Your order comes with a 100-day money-back guarantee, so we encourage you to try the product. You can always return it if you're not happy with the purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your tracking number to ensure that the item has been delivered to DR-HO’S. All refunds take 1-2 weeks to process. Please note that refunds will be completed via the original payment method only.

Warranty & Exchanges
All of our items come with a two-year warranty and pertain to the mechanical or electrical function of an item. Regular wear and tear of an item do not count towards the warranty. We replace items that are defective or damaged. We also replace items that have been mis-shipped or that you need to exchange due to size, colour, or simply the wrong item ordered. If you need to exchange an item then please call us toll-free at 1-877-374-6669 or send us an email at email@example.com and one of our customer care representatives will happily assist you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, please contact us through phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers assist us in expediting returns so that we can provide you with a prompt refund.

When returning any item to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for the cost of any items that are not delivered to our listed warehouse locations.
