DR-HO’S Product Warranty

DR-HO’S products purchased directly from DR-HO’S or via registered resellers come with a standard two-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Some exclusions apply. Customers must have a valid copy of their purchase receipt when inquiring about replacement or repair under warranty.

Please note that wear and tear of Pain Therapy System Replacement Pads or accessories are not covered under standard manufacturer warranty. These products and accessories include:

Vitamins or Supplements

Customers are responsible to ship the Product back to DR-HO’S office or warehouse.

Terms and Conditions

Definitions.(1) “DR-HO'S” means VGH Solutions Inc., with its address at 1380 Rodick Rd, Dock #1, Markham, Ontario, Canada L3R 4G5. (2) “Product” means the DR-HO’S Product owned by the customer, including any of DR-HO’S Pain Therapy Systems, Circulation Promoter, 2-in-1 Back Relief Belt, Neck Comforter, Neck & Shoulder Shiatsu Massager, Perfectback Rest, Air Wave Cushion and/or Deep Infrared Heat Therapy Pad. (3) “Manufacturer’s Defect” means the malfunctioning of the product due to manufacturer defect or parts defect.  (4) “Replacement” means a product of like, kind, and quality with comparable features. (5) “Warranty Period” means two years from the date of product purchase. (6) “Extended Warranty” means the second additional year the customer will have coverage, which the customer has purchased at the time of their product purchase.

What is Covered. If the product has a Manufacturer’s Defect during the Warranty Period, at DR-HO’S sole discretion, we will repair or replace the Product.  Product will be replaced or repaired with a product of like, kind, and quality with comparable features and functionality to the original Product. There is no assurance, representation, or warranty that replacement Product will be identical to the original Product, pending availability. The replacement product becomes the covered Product immediately upon delivery to you. The remainder of any Warranty Period or Extended Warranty will be applied to the replacement Product.

To Obtain Service. In the event of a Defect, you may file a request by calling 1-877-374-6669. Upon approval, the Product must be sent to DR-HO’S for review. We will provide a Repaired or Replaced Product within two to three (2-3) weeks of the Product being received. We will require, as a condition of approval, proof of purchase of the product. When products are purchased on a payment plan, the account must be current to obtain warranty service. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products that have not been fully paid for.

Return of Product. Products approved for repair or replacement must be returned to DR-HO’S at the customer’s shipping expense. Replacement Products will not be shipped out until the Product has been received, and reviewed.

Charges. Customer is responsible to ensure the Product is received by DR-HO’S prior to replacement Product being issued, and is responsible for any associated shipping charges and applicable taxes. Products delivered via C.O.D. will be refused and returned to sender. Products sent for review and repair, outside of the Warranty Period, may be subject to a $25.00 service charge, plus applicable shipping costs and applicable taxes.

What is not Covered. Manufacturer’s Warranty does not cover: (1) defects or damages caused by war, revolution, acts of public enemy or terrorist, labour difficulties, including without limitation, strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts, civil commotion, embargo, acts of government, or military authority; (2) abuse, misuse, intentional acts, or unintentional acts (such as damage from dropping the product); (3) changes or enhancements in color, texture, finish, expansion, contraction, or any cosmetic damage to Product however caused, including, but not limited to, scratches and marring, that do not affect the mechanical or electrical function of the Covered Equipment; (4) loss or theft of the Covered Equipment.

Further, Product coverage does not cover: (1) Products purchased from unauthorized resellers;  (2) Product damaged while in transit to you from anyone other than DR-HO’S.

Force Majeure. We have no responsibility for delays or failures due to acts of God, fire, flood, explosion, war, revolution, acts of public enemy or terrorist, labour difficulties, including without limitation strikes, slowdowns, picketing or boycotts, civil commotion, embargo, acts of government, military authority, or the elements, or other causes beyond Our reasonable control.

Prohibitions on Transfer and Abuse of the Warranty. The Warranty is for Your use only. It is not transferable by You to any other person for any other Products.
