"This is my second purchase of 3 of these pads as 2/3 of the first ones I purchased no longer re-activate after about 3 years. I have purchased similar pads of a different brand in the past and they last much longer. They also are larger and have more liquid in them. These pads are sparse on liquid and therefore do not stay hot for as long as the other brands I have. After you click the pad to heat it there are bare spots where there is no liquid."
