"I bought the pillow from TSC as a deal and I am impressed. I have chronic whiplash and have tried numerous pillows as well as numerous home remedies like a rolled up towel, but none have worked as well as this pillow. "I gave the pillow a try since it is very expensive, and I have other Dr. Ho pain relief products and they both work great! You will find it is comfortable when you have the right adjustment on the high and firmness of the pillow. I was hesitant before I made the purchase however I have confidence in Dr. Ho and his products because they have been proven to me Th that they work well and relief my neck and shoulder pains. - Can you put a zippered pillow protector over the pillow along with a pillow case? Are the pillow covers removable and washable? Are the pillows themselves (without the covers) washable?
- Hi Donald, yes, you can use a pillow protector over the pillow with a pillow case as long as it fits. It may just be harder to use the hand pumps if you need to adjust the pillow from using a zippered cover and a pillow case. The pillow itself is not washable but the pillowcase that comes with the pillow is. You can use the washing machine and hang to dry.

Do I need to adjust the cushions every night?
With DR-HO'S Adjustable Pillow, you don't have to worry about adjusting the cushions every night. Just find your comfortable setting and press in the Air Lock Clip to keep the cushions at your desired level.
Do the hand pumps get in the way while sleeping?
Definitely not. The two hand pumps located at the left and right side of the pillow can be conveniently tucked into the pockets at the side of the pillowcase so you don't even notice them.
Can I use my own pillow case?
Yes, you can definitely put your own pillowcase over the Adjustable Pillow.
How do I deflate the cushions?
Located above each hand pump is a button that you can simply press down on to deflate the cushions of the pillow. Before you do so, make sure the Air Lock Clip has been released.
