I have a problem area. Can I just stretch my Neck, or upper back, or lower back?
Yes! On the remote, use the first button at the very top, left. You can isolate the treatment area to just your neck, mid-upper back, or lower back and hips.
The stretch on the lower back is too much for me.
You can remove the red, lower lumbar support for a lighter lower back stretch. First, unplug the cable from the lumbar support, then detach the fasteners underneath the lumbar support, and remove it from the mat. The heat function will not be available if the lumbar support is removed. You may also choose "L1" using the intensity button to use the lowest stretch intensity.
