"We have only had the machine for 6 months and already one of the exercise bands has broken. Of course they are not covered under warranty. When I contacted Dr. Ho's website they tell me that it is wear and tear. After 6 month? They aren't standing behind their products like they should."

- Hello, The Motionciser is 15" Long x 13" Wide x 5" High, and weighs 9.30 lbs. The Excercise Bands weigh 0.30 lbs and are shipped in the same box as Motionciser (if purchased together). I hope that this answers your question. Thank you for asking!
- I have a MotionCiser v2, how would these attach? I see no place to attach them?
- Hello, If you have a Motionciser V2, there should be a hole on either side of your device, closer to the front. The Exercise bands have threaded metal ends and simply screw into these holes and are very secure. I hope that this answers your question. Thanks for asking!
