How To Use DR-HO'S® PerfectBack Rest 

The Perfectback Rest is designed to fit people of all shapes and sizes. When you sit against the Perfectback Rest,  it will feel like it’s custom made just for you. Follow the below instructions and you can begin to feel the relief that thousands of people around the world continue to believe. 


Follow the simple instructions below


  1. Strap the Perfectback Rest against the back of your chair
  2. Position your buttock to the very back of the chair to sit down.
  3. Lean against it so your spine will use the Perfectback Rest as a guide to sit up right.
  4. To massage any tension spots along the spine, lean back and move from side to side until you can feel the knots getting released.
  5. For stretching and reshaping your spine, lay the Perfectback Rest on the ground or on your bed, sit close to it, then pull the Perfectback Rest close until it touches your buttock. Lay down and put your hands over your head. Close your eyes, breath deeply with your abdomen and let your muscles relax. Do this for about 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times a day, morning and night is best.
