Dealing with back pain while trying to accomplish daily activities is very difficult. If you have to deal with back pain or spasms on a regular basis, then try these gentle stretches to improve flexibility, strengthen your back, and relieve pain. Stretch #1 - Windshield Wipers. 1 minute

Stretch #2 - Knees To Chest. Repeat 5 times for each leg; then hold both legs for 30 seconds  

Stretch #3 - Reclining Single Leg Stretch. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds each time; repeat 2-3 times for each leg, 

Stretch #4 - Cat Cow. 1 minute.

Stretch #5 - Child's Pose. 1 minute

Stretch #6 - Legs Up The Wall. Hold for 2 minutes

Stretch #7 - Corpse Pose. Hold for 1 minute.
