"Belt was working great! I have bluging disc on my left and right side of my l4/l5 spine. I used it less than 10 times, and now it won't deflate. I also tried call the 24/7 customer service line, but they have certain office hours and not 24/7. I will try and call again. If they belt deflated like before, its definitely would have been a grear purchase."
